Legal & Compliance Manager

S3G Debt Management is actively managing and monetising Non-Readily Realisable Assets (NRRA) acquired from insolvency and liquidation estates. These assets include long-pending receivables, disputed claims, refunds, litigation-linked claims, and residual contractual rights.

We are looking for a Lawyer or Company Secretary who can independently handle end-to-end follow-up, documentation, and coordination for NRRA portfolios owned by S3G.Key ResponsibilitiesNRRA Follow-up & Recovery Support

  • Handle project-wise and counterparty-wise follow-ups for NRRA acquired by S3G
  • Liaise with:
  • Insolvency Professionals (RPs / Liquidators)
  • Government departments, PSUs, authorities
  • Corporate debtors, legal counsels, and auditors
  • Track status of recoveries, settlements, refunds, and approvals

Legal & Documentation

  • Review and maintain:
  • Assignment Agreements
  • Claim documents, acknowledgements, and correspondence
  • Settlement terms, undertakings, and confirmations
  • Draft and issue:
  • Follow-up letters, legal notices (pre-litigation)
  • Settlement communications and confirmations
  • Coordinate with external advocates for:
  • NCLT / NCLAT matters
  • Civil recovery proceedings (where required)

IBC & Compliance Coordination

  • Ensure NRRA actions are aligned with:
  • Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
  • IBBI regulations and circulars
  • Coordinate with RPs/Liquidators for:
  • Claim substantiation
  • Updates to CoC / SCC records
  • Closure documentation post assignment

MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain NRRA tracker / dashboard including:
  • Asset description
  • Counterparty status
  • Amount claimed vs recovered
  • Stage of recovery / litigation
  • Provide weekly and monthly status reports to management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
