Legal Consultant

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Legal Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience working in a UAE law firm and a Bachelor’s degree in Law. The role involves providing legal advice, ensuring compliance with UAE laws, and handling various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and opinions to support the company's business operations and strategic decisions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, memodandums and other legal documents.
• Ensure the company’s adherence to UAE laws and regulations.
• Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate them.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, and negotiations when necessary.
• Liaise with external legal counsel to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
• Maintain accurate records of legal cases, contracts, and correspondence.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all legal documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB). or additional certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a law firm in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws, including corporate, labor, and commercial law.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
