Legal Consultant

We are looking for a bilingual Legal Consultant to handle all lease-related matters for our residential and commercial portfolio. You will manage tenancy contracts, resolve disputes, ensure RERA/Dubai Land Department/Abu Dhabi compliance, Sharjah Municipaliy and provide day-to-day legal support to the property and leasing teams.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements, renewal notices, eviction notices, and settlement agreements.

⁠ ⁠Handle lease disputes (rent increases, maintenance issues, early termination, non-payment, etc.) through negotiation, mediation (RERA/Tenancy Committee), or court representation.

⁠ ⁠Advise on UAE Federal tenancy law, Dubai Law No. 26 of 2007 (as amended), Abu Dhabi tenancy regulations, RERA guidelines, and related decrees.

⁠ ⁠Conduct legal due diligence on new leases and tenants.

⁠ ⁠Support other corporate/real estate legal matters as needed.

Requirements

⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM or professional certifications are a plus.

⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in lease/tenancy disputes or real estate litigation in the UAE.

⁠ ⁠Full fluency in Arabic and English (must be able to draft contracts and appear before authorities/courts in both languages).

⁠ ⁠Strong working knowledge of UAE Civil Code, tenancy laws, and regulatory bodies (RERA, Dubai Land Department, Abu Dhabi Municipality, etc.).

⁠ ⁠Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
