Key Responsibilities

  • Independently handle and manage commercial suits and civil suits before relevant courts and tribunals.
  • Conduct and manage matters under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act (NI Act).
  • Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, legal notices, and other legal documentation.
  • Advise on and manage employment and service-related legal matters.
  • Provide strategic legal opinions and risk assessment for business decisions.
  • Coordinate with external counsel and represent interests before courts/forums as required.
  • Oversee compliance and ensure proper documentation and case tracking.
  • Handle foreign/international matters and remain available beyond regular office hours when necessary.

Experience : Min. 6-10 years.

Qualification

  • Minimum LL.B. (mandatory).
  • Enrollment with the Bar Council preferred.
  • Relevant litigation experience in commercial and civil matters is essential.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
