Position: Commercial Manager

Location: Chennai

Salary : 1,00,000-1,25,000 per month

Educational Qualification: Any Undergraduate/ Post Graduate

Work Experience: 7-10 years

Job Description:

· Handling land acquisition matters, including Co-ordinating with advocates for legal due diligence and documentation

· Representing the organization before government authorities and revenue departments

· Co-ordinating with Advocates for legal opinions on land titles and compliance matters

· Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and policies

Requirements:

1. Should have experience in handling Statutory authorities on behalf of Company

2. Should have negotiations skills to negotiate with customers/vendors for contracts

3. Should have legal knowledge. (But not an advocate)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
