Legal Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Legal Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in drafting and managing legal documents, preparing legal opinions, and handling legal matters under pressure. Strong knowledge of UAE Commercial Law and the court system is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts and legal documents
• Prepare clear and accurate legal opinions
• Provide legal advice on commercial and corporate matters
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations
• Conduct legal risk assessments for business transactions
• Handle litigation matters and coordinate court procedures when required
• Liaise with external legal counsel
• Manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE Commercial Law and court procedures
• Excellent drafting and document management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Preferred:

• Experience in corporate and commercial transactions
• Strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of common law and civil law systems
• Experience using legal research tools
