We are currently seeking a highly experienced Legal Consultant with strong knowledge of UAE laws to join our growing legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional legal advice, opinions, and consultancy in accordance with UAE Federal and Emirate laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients before courts, arbitration panels, and government authorities when required.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare clear, concise legal memoranda.
• Advise corporate clients on commercial, real estate, employment, and compliance matters.
• Liaise with regulators and government departments on client-related legal issues.
• Ensure the firm’s legal services meet the highest professional and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
• Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience as a Legal Consultant or Lawyer in the UAE.
• Excellent understanding of UAE Civil, Commercial, and Corporate Law.
• Strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
• Ability to manage complex legal matters independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
