Job Description:

Horizon Justice Law Firm is announcing an opening for a Legal Advisor to join our distinguished team. We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in Saudi Arabian law, capable of providing accurate and innovative legal advice. The Legal Advisor will be responsible for a range of vital tasks, including preparing legal memorandums, drafting contracts, and providing legal support to lawyers on complex cases.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized legal advice in various fields.
• Prepare legal memorandums and documents for lawsuits.
• Draft and review contracts and agreements to ensure their legal integrity.
• Conduct legal research and studies on specific topics.
• Stay updated on the latest legal and judicial developments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Support lawyers in large and complex cases by analyzing issues and providing legal opinions.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in legal consultation in Saudi Arabia.
• In-depth knowledge of the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom.
• Excellent skills in legal drafting, research, and analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Full proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
