Legal Counsel - Terrific opportunity to join this growing company as Legal Counsel. If you have an interest in supporting the public sector and joining a prestigious team in a for profit company, this is the role for you!! Must have 8+ years of corporate experience. Responsibilities will include corporate governance, commercial contracts, M & A, trademark and copyright in addition to general legal support for various teams. Position will be 1 day/wk. in the Boston office.
