Legal Counsel

We’re Hiring – Legal Counsel (2–3 Years UAE Experience)

Allied Vision is looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, and labor law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
• Advise management on risk assessment and legal strategies.
• Liaise with external counsel when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Minimum 2–3 years of legal practice within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor and corporate laws.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
