Legal Counsel – Construction & Engineering Contracts (HOAI/FIDIC) (m/f/d) – 100% Remote

Your Mission:

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with strong expertise in construction and engineering contracts to join our team. This role will focus on contract drafting, claim management, and dispute avoidance under structured fee models (HOAI) and international standards (FIDIC). The position offers a stable monthly salary and the opportunity for long-term cooperation on international infrastructure and engineering projects.

Your daily tasks:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contract addenda, amendments and variation orders.
• Advise on fee structures, claims and entitlements under engineering contracts.
• Prepare and maintain contract documentation, legal correspondence and claim files.
• Ensure all contracts comply with FIDIC standards for international projects.
• Support dispute avoidance and resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with management on contract negotiations and risk assessments.

What we are looking for:

• Law degree with specialization in construction law, engineering law or international contracts.

Proven experience with:

• HOAI fee structure frameworks
• FIDIC standards for international construction contracts
• Handling addenda, amendments, claims and variation orders
• Prior work on international infrastructure, engineering, or energy projects is highly valued.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
