About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Legal Counsel / Contracts Manager to join our team and serve as a trusted legal advisor across the business. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of law and business , where you will safeguard the organisation's interests, drive strategic negotiations, and ensure compliance in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

As the guardian of our contracts and compliance framework, you will not only manage risk but also enable growth by helping the business seize opportunities with confidence.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on contracts, compliance, intellectual property and commercial agreements. • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements (sales, distribution, licensing, service, NDAs). • Ensure contracts meet legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards while securing favourable terms. • Identify and mitigate legal risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support negotiations and resolve legal issues. • Monitor regulatory changes and advise stakeholders proactively. • Develop and implement corporate policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks. • Conduct legal research, manage disputes, and coordinate with external counsel when needed. • Oversee contract life cycle management, including templates, renewals, and expiration. • Deliver legal training programs to enhance employee awareness of compliance and contract management. • Support due diligence for partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic transactions. • Contribute to corporate governance initiatives and provide legal insights in management meetings.


What We’re Looking For

• A qualified lawyer with strong experience in contract management, corporate law, and compliance. • Proven track record in negotiating complex agreements and managing legal risks. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across all levels. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (required), with the ability to draft, negotiate, and advise confidently in both languages• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment while maintaining attention to detail.
