About the Role


We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team on a fixed-term basis. The role involves supporting the Legal Affairs Directorate in providing legal support and guidance across all business units, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including contract review, corporate governance documentation, litigation follow-up, and legal risk management.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide legal opinions on matters related to the company’s operations upon request from business units.
  • Review and evaluate contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and advise relevant departments accordingly.
  • Prepare and review documentation related to leasing transactions, including conditions precedent/subsequent, in accordance with company procedures.
  • Represent the company before judicial, criminal, and administrative courts, and prepare lawsuit petitions and related documents.
  • Prepare draft Board of Directors’ resolutions and documentation related to General Assembly meetings.
  • Participate in scheduled and unscheduled meetings and corporate projects, offering legal insight on key initiatives.
  • Draft and submit letters of attorney and other legal documents required by independent auditors.
  • Support and participate in employee disciplinary processes in line with legal regulations and internal procedures.
  • Prepare official correspondence, notifications, and filings on behalf of the company.
  • Fulfill additional tasks assigned by his/her superior.


  • Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel, Corporate Lawyer, or in a similar in-house legal role
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical and drafting skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities effectively
  • Willingness to travel for scheduled or unscheduled business requirements
  • Ability to work extended hours when necessary
  • High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
