Legal Counsel based in UAE responsible for GCC countries, as part of the growing Xiaomi International Legal & Compliance Team in a highly dynamic and international environment.

Job description

1. Legal advice and research on laws and regulations;

2. Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of international contracts;

3. Draft and localize guidelines, policies and templates;

4. Review of marketing material and marketing campaigns;

5. Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels;

6. Support in promoting the compliance program;

7. Liaise with the HQ legal team;

8. Managing government relations including but not limited to engagement with regulatory authorities.
