Pennell Hart is partnering with a leading master developer known for creating transformative mixed-use communities and iconic destinations across the UAE.

We’re searching for a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join the in-house legal team and support a dynamic pipeline of mega-projects.

The Position

We are looking for a lawyer to manage all legal aspects of our client's master development projects. You will act as a key business partner, mitigating legal risk while enabling business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the full property development life cycle, from land acquisition and project structuring to off-plan sales, construction, and handover

Qualifications and Experience

• 4 - 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), either in-house with a real estate developer or in a top-tier law firm focusing on real estate
• Proven expertise in the UAE real estate market ideal but consideration also given to candidates working overseas
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
