As a Legal Counsel at Siemens Energy, you will play a pivotal role in navigating the complexities of commercial and corporate law within the energy sector. Your day will involve providing expert legal advice, managing regulatory compliance, and drafting and negotiating contracts, all while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the company’s legal interests are safeguarded.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice on commercial and corporate law matters relevant to the energy industry.
Manage regulatory compliance and interactions with government entities.
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts to ensure legal soundness.
Oversee the preparation and review of corporate documents, policies, and procedures.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide timely and effective legal support.

What You Bring

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree; Master of Laws (LLM) or equivalent advanced legal degree preferred.
6-9 years of post-qualification experience as a Legal Counsel, ideally in the energy sector.
Strong knowledge of Saudi commercial and corporate law, with experience in regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts and corporate documents.
Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
