Position: Legal Debt Settlement Team Leader.

Years of Experience: + 3 years in debt recovery or legal recovery, or in the same field.

Other Essential Qualifications:

1- Bachelor’s degree in Law.

2- Excellent English is a Must.

3- Experience in working with financial targets and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Oversee and manage multiple legal debt settlement cases for AWH clients.
• Legal Review: Conduct thorough legal reviews of case documents and provide clients with legal opinions.
• Negotiation and Due Diligence: Handle prelitigation negotiation processes and financial due diligence.
• Portfolio Management: Follow up on cases to meet targets and ensure client satisfaction.
• Document Preparation: Draft and review legal documents like notices and agreements.
• Dispute Resolution: Resolve disputes using effective negotiation strategies.
• Client Support: Offer ongoing guidance to clients throughout the debt settlement process.
• Proposal Development: Create and present settlement proposals outlining terms and conditions.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions and settlements for legal and administrative purposes.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
