We are seeking an experienced Collection Officer to manage and optimize collections for off-plan real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in real estate receivables, customer follow-ups, and payment plan enforcement, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders. This role is critical to ensuring healthy cash flow and minimizing overdue receivables.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end collections for off-plan real estate projects, ensuring timely receipt of installment payments.

· Monitor customer payment schedules and proactively follow up on upcoming, overdue, and defaulted payments.

· Maintain accurate records of collections, outstanding balances, post-dated cheques, and payment plans.

· Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Legal, and Finance teams to resolve payment issues and client disputes.

· Handle client communications professionally, including reminders, notices, and settlement discussions.

· Negotiate payment plans and restructures in line with company policies.

· Prepare regular aging reports, collection forecasts, and management dashboards.

· Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and applicable regulations.

· Support escalation cases, including handover to legal when required.

· Contribute to process improvements and best practices in collections operations.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· 5+ years of experience in collections, with strong exposure to off-plan real estate projects.

· Proven experience in managing high-value customer accounts and complex payment schedules.

· Strong understanding of real estate sales contracts, SPA terms, and milestone-based payments.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· High attention to detail with strong reporting and analytical capabilities.

· Proficient in ERP/CRM systems and MS Excel.

· Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle escalations professionally.

· Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
