Legal Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive with experience in UAE real estate law to support our legal operations related to property management, leasing, acquisitions, and compliance. The role requires handling legal documentation, regulatory compliance (including RERA), and dispute resolution within the real estate and property management context in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate contracts including lease agreements, tenancy contracts, sale and purchase agreements (SPA), property management contracts, and MOUs.
  • Ensure legal compliance with UAE property laws, Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations (or relevant emirate authority).
  • Conduct title deed verification, due diligence for property acquisitions, and coordinate with government departments for registrations.
  • Handle tenancy-related legal issues, including eviction notices, rental disputes, and resolution through the Rental Dispute Settlement Centre (RDSC).
  • Liaise with external legal counsel, landlords, tenants, developers, and government entities such as DLD, DED, and municipality departments.
  • Provide internal legal support to the leasing, property management, and finance teams.
  • Prepare and review legal notices, demand letters, NOCs, and corporate documentation related to real estate operations.
  • Keep up to date with local laws and real estate regulatory updates across all Emirates, especially Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
  • 3–5 years of UAE experience in real estate law or property management legal support.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE laws, Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations.
  • Familiarity with Ejari system, title deeds, and tenancy dispute resolution procedures.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a real estate development company, property management firm, or real estate law firm in the UAE.
