Legal Executive

A developer/real estate company located in Panjim seeks an experienced, personable & intelligent individual to fill a full-time corporate a legal associate/advisor position.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Legal Assistant. Candidates for this position must have at least three (3) years of prior work experience with law firms or providing general corporate advisory services
• Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, be well organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent contract drafting skills and general knowledge of corporate laws.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings.
• Design and oversee the company's policy and position on legal matters.
• Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
• Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
• Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
• Keeping a track on regulatory and compliance-related requirements.
• Representing clients in the sale of properties and other exhibitions.
• Researching and identifying any legal risks in the construction/real estate financing documentations.
• Communicating the laws and regulations required for construction/real estate financing transactions.
• Negotiating construction/real estate contract terms and conditions.
• Keeping a track on regulatory and compliance-related requirements.
• handle the land acquisition, approval process and construction coordination.

Requirements

- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.

- Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.

- LLB from a recognized university

- Good computer skills Excellent communication, verbal and written, and drafting skills
