Legal Executive

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain Intellectual Property database in respect of Trademarks and Copyrights.
• Maintain deadline of renewal of Trademarks.
• New Trademark search and opinion.
• Look after post registration trademark matter e.g. Assignment, renewal etc.
• Regularly check journal and to take legal action those trademarks which are similar with Syncom brand names.
• Co-ordinate to the external advocate in respect of pending litigation / non -litigation matter.
• Assist drafting in various kinds of agreement.
• Send demand notices to the defaulters.
• Send legal notice to the proprietor in respect of infringement of trademarks and copyrights matters.
• Meet to the external counsel and briefing to them regarding pending court cases matters.
• Review draft of agreement and opinion to the management accordingly.

Qualifications:

• LLB
• Personal characteristics. – Good networking skills in trade

Education

• Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience is preferable. Fresher’s can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
