Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on legal experience. The candidate will assist in legal documentation, compliance, litigation support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

· Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as agreements, contracts, notices, and affidavits

· Handle legal compliance and regulatory filings

· Assist in litigation matters, including case preparation, documentation, and court coordination

· Liaise with external lawyers, consultants, and government authorities

· Maintain legal records, case files, and documentation systems

· Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions when required

· Monitor legal risks and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations

· Support senior legal team members in day-to-day legal operations

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university

· Minimum 1 years of relevant legal experience

· Knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance

· Familiarity with court procedures and legal documentation

Skills & Competencies

· Strong drafting and legal research skills

· Good understanding of applicable laws and legal processes

· Excellent communication and coordination abilities

· High attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

· Proficiency in MS Office and legal management tools

Preferred Skills (Optional)

· Experience in corporate legal environment or law firm

· Knowledge of compliance frameworks and statutory filings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
