Legal Executive

Provide end-to-day legal support for retail operations across the UAE. Ensure compliance with local laws and manage commercial contracts, disputes, and regulatory filings.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate retail contracts: mall leases, supply agreements, vendor contracts, and franchise/licensing deals.
• Manage pre-litigation disputes with landlords, suppliers, and customers; liaise with Rental Dispute Centre and external counsel.
• Support brand protection (trademarks, anti-counterfeiting) and advise marketing teams on promotions/advertising compliance.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• LL.B degree.
• 5+ years UAE legal experience (in-house or law firm).
• Minimum 3 years in retail sector
• Strong knowledge of UAE commercial, civil, and lease laws.
• Fluent in English (Arabic strongly preferred for court/RDC matters).
