Legal Executive – Real estate background only

Location: Indore

We're hiring a Legal Executive for our upcoming real estate project in Indore. We are seeking a proactive professional with experience in real estate legal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drafting, vetting, and reviewing agreements, MoUs, sale deeds, lease deeds, and conveyance deeds

* Conducting property due diligence, title search, and verification of land records

* Coordinating with advocates, consultants, and government authorities for registrations and approvals

* Ensuring compliance with RERA and other statutory regulations

* Supporting sales, finance, and project teams on legal documentation

* Handling legal notices, litigations, and maintaining legal records

Qualifications & Experience:

* LLB from a recognized university

* 2–3 years of experience in real estate legal work (preferred)

* Sound knowledge of property laws and land documentation

* Strong drafting, communication, and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
