Legal Expert

We are looking for a Legal Expert to establish the regulatory framework for the Center, focusing on commercialization and privatization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Policy Development: Draft regulations and policies to support the Center’s commercial operations.
• Contract Management: Draft and review contracts and agreements for services and products.
• Revenue Framework: Define legal mechanisms for revenue collection and disbursement.
• Compliance: Ensure all procedures comply with local and international laws.
• Privatization: Create the legal structure for privatization initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law (LLM preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Law, Regulations, or Government Contracts.
