How can you make an Impact?

• To procure the cost-efficient land parcels for proposed development & negotiate with brokers, landowners & farmers.
• To scrutinize the due-diligence report of land & prepare a checklist to resolve the legal issues of land.
• Responsible for registration of sale deeds, mutation, physical possession, sub-division & conversion of land use.
• To handle liaison work with different Govt. Departments like SDM Office, Tehsildar Office, Nagar Parishad, Police & CMDA.
• To develop the key-relationship on monthly basis.
• Responsible for allotment, sale & collection of EWS-LIG units.
• Supervision of all legal matters pertaining to different courts at every stage of hearing & brief advocates.

What are we looking for?

• A qualified professional with professional and relevant work experience of 6-10 yrs (preferably from real estate background)
• Excellent communication skills – English & Tamil (both written and verbal) Enjoy working with Government bodies & understanding Tamil Nadu byelaws.
• Multi-tasking, Planning ability & attention to detail.
• High customer orientation and a positive attitude
• Team player, high on energy, enthusiastic & self-motivated to achieve results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
