Job Description :-

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts (purchase agreements, leases, etc.).
• Conducting title searches, verifying property ownership, and ensuring compliance with zoning and land use regulations.
• Providing expert guidance on real estate law, financing, and related legal matters.
• Representing clients in real estate litigation, including disputes over ownership, contracts, and zoning issues.
• Ensuring adherence to all relevant property laws and regulations.
• Identifying and mitigating potential legal risks associated with real estate transactions.
• Preparing legal documents such as deeds, mortgages, and lease agreements.
• Keeping abreast of changes in real estate law and industry trends.
• Working with other legal professionals, real estate agents, and clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
