What You’ll Do

As an Intake Specialist, you are the front line of our mission. Your role is to connect with potential clients, evaluate case information, and guide survivors through the onboarding process with professionalism, empathy, and precision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answer inbound calls and web inquiries from potential clients
  • Conduct outbound follow-up (“chase”) to connect with leads
  • Ask pre-screening questions to identify case criteria
  • Accurately document everything in our lead management platform, Lead Docket
  • Manage and update lead pipeline and task lists daily
  • Guide qualified clients through the sign-up process
  • Provide timely updates and ensure seamless hand-off to legal teams
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and trauma-informed communication
  • Deliver an experience that builds trust and confidence from the first call
  • This role will also include some call-routing for other non-intake team members, though this is NOT a receptionist position that requires answering the firm's phone calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
