Legal Intake Specialist

Full Job Description:

Location: Seattle, WA (On-site)
Compensation: $22–$25 DOE
Schedule: Full-Time: Monday - Friday 1pm-9pm

Part-time: Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 9am-5pm

Dubin Law Group is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients at our growing personal injury law firm. In this role, you'll speak with individuals seeking legal help, gather important case details, and guide them through the first steps of the process with professionalism and empathy.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls from potential clients and provide a professional and empathetic first interaction
• Gather case details and document leads accurately in the firm's intake system
• Conduct outbound follow-ups to collect additional information and move case forward
• Prioritize urgent or high-value cases based on firm guidelines
• Communicate with potential clients via phone, text, and email
• Send intake documents and agreements when appropriate
• Track lead progress and maintain detailed notes in internal systems
• Review missed calls and follow up promptly
• Collaborate with intake leadership and legal staff to route case appropriately
• follow established intake workflows and documentation standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in intake, customer service, call center, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to show empathy and professionalism
• Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with digital systems and case documentation
• Legal, medical, or personal injury experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment
