Legal Intern

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Legal Interns to support our legal and compliance team in corporate, regulatory, and advisory matters. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real business cases, documentation, and client work across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws
• Assist in drafting agreements, notices, policies, and legal documents
• Support compliance filings, registrations, and documentation
• Review contracts and identify legal risks
• Maintain legal records and case trackers
• Assist senior legal professionals in advisory assignments
• Monitor regulatory updates and prepare summaries
• Coordinate with internal teams for legal requirement.
• Take and manage calls with clients .
• Take end-to-end responsibility for delivery of services

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
