Legal Intern

Adv. Nahata Associates, a reputed law firm based in Pune, invites applications for the position of Legal Intern. The internship offers law students an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure in Civil, Criminal, Family, and Negotiable Instruments Act matters, along with hands-on experience in legal drafting, research, and court proceedings. Interns will assist in preparing pleadings, notices, agreements, and case briefs, attend court hearings, and interact with clients under professional guidance. Applicants must be law students in their 3rd year or above (for 5-year course) or 2nd year or above (for 3-year course), with good drafting and analytical skills. The internship will be conducted offline at Pune (District & Sessions Court and Pimpri Court) for a duration of 1 to 3 months, extendable based on performance.
