Legal Manager

Job Purpose:

The Legal Manager will oversee and manage all legal affairs of the company. This includes providing legal advice, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, drafting and reviewing contracts, handling disputes, and supporting management in strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management and business units.

• Ensure company compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

• Manage legal risks by identifying and addressing potential issues.

• Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters with external counsel.

• Monitor changes in local laws and regulations that may impact on the company’s operations.

• Develop internal policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure compliance.

• Manage relationships with external law firms, regulators, and government entities.

• Train and support staff on legal and compliance matters.

• Prepare reports and updates for management on legal risks and developments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law.

• Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).

• +6 Years of experience and +2 years in managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, corporate law, and commercial regulations.

• Experience in contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
