Manager Legal – Commercial & Corporate

We’re looking for a sharp, business-savvy Legal Manager to support our commercial and corporate legal functions across the restaurant network. You’ll play a key role in enabling business goals while ensuring compliance, mitigating legal risks, and supporting strategic initiatives across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on commercial contracts, corporate governance, and compliance matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements and legal documents
• Support cross-border transactions, joint ventures, and strategic projects
• Ensure compliance with local laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to protect company interests
• Monitor legal risks and support resolution of disputes and regulatory issues

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM or equivalent)
• 7-9 years of experience in a corporate legal role or leading law firm
• Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law; franchise experience is a plus
• Proven ability to manage complex legal matters across jurisdictions
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive mindset with strong business acumen and solution-oriented thinking
