Legal Manager

Jollibee UAE is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and business-savvy Legal Manager to join our growing team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional with strong expertise in the QSR, or retail and a deep understanding of UAE laws and regulations, especially in the areas of contracts, commercial agreements, and leasing.

As Legal Manager, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams — including operations, retail, supply chain, and senior leadership — and play a key role in supporting the business with sound legal counsel and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on commercial, regulatory, and operational matters
• Draft and negotiate retail lease agreements and other commercial contracts
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution across the business
• Ensure compliance with UAE commercial, food safety, and labor laws
• Lead and manage the contract lifecycle process company-wide

What We're Looking For:

• Law degree from a recognized university
• 5 years of legal experience in the UAE, ideally in QSR, or retail
• Strong knowledge of contract law, leasing, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
• Strong proficiency in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
