Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle legal matters related to NCL (National Company Law), DLT, Real Estate (RE), and Registration Acts (RA).
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, MOUs, deeds, and legal notices.
- Manage corporate legal compliance, filings, and documentation.
- Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and government bodies as required.
- Conduct legal due diligence, title verification, and risk assessment.
- Advise management on legal risks, regulatory changes, and compliance matters.
- Maintain and update legal records, case trackers, and statutory registers.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of NCLT procedures, DLT compliance, real estate laws, and registration processes.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.
- Ability to manage litigation and compliance independently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in corporate or real estate legal matters.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal assignments.
