Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organization.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
  • Manage litigation and coordinate with external legal counsel.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the organization.
  • Advise senior management on legal issues and risks.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple legal projects simultaneously.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
