Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organization.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
- Manage litigation and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the organization.
- Advise senior management on legal issues and risks.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple legal projects simultaneously.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
