Legal Manager Litigation

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle litigation cases related to real estate, property disputes, regulatory issues, and contractual matters.

-Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and other legal authorities.

-Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, petitions, and notices.

-Coordinate with external legal counsel for case strategies and hearings.

-Provide legal opinions and guidance to management on litigation risks and strategies.

-Maintain case records, documentation, and track the progress of ongoing litigation.

-Ensure compliance with RERA, property laws, municipal regulations, and other real estate-related legal frameworks.

-Support internal teams with dispute resolution and risk management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
