Cherussery Credit Pvt Ltd is a company registered in the state of Andhra Pradesh and taken over by the present stake holders of Kerala during the year 2016. The company holds a valid NBFC registration since 1989, to do the business of financing all over the India. The company belongs to “Loan Company” under the classification of Reserve Bank. Since at present all the directors and stakeholders are in Thrissur district of Kerala state, now the corporate office of the company has been set in Thrissur.

Job Description:

• 1. Filing of cases in different places of Branches. Civil & Criminal

2. Forwarding Arbitral awards to entrust the advocates for filing execution petition against defaulted customers

3. Updating case proceedings in a daily biases.

4. Maintain a relationship with branches.

5. Furnishing of details and documents are directed / instructed by the courts and advocates.

6. Assigning court appearance staff.

7. Maintaining fiduciary relationship with Advocates.

8. Drafting various documents.

9. Preparing reports on case proceedings.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Honest, self-driven, and target-oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, apps, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in NBFC/BFSI sector is a plus.
