Legal Officer

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Officer to join our team, at our Riyadh office. The ideal candidate will responsible for contract management, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and project-related legal advisory for renewable energy EPC projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Contract Drafting & Negotiation

• Draft, review, and negotiate:
• EPC Contracts (lump sum / item rate / turnkey)
• Subcontractor & vendor agreements
• Supply and procurement contracts

2. Tender & Project Support

• Review RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, LOIs, LOAs, and bid documents.
• Provide legal inputs during tender submission and contract finalization.

3. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with:
• Electricity Act and related regulations
• Renewable Energy policies and guidelines

4. Dispute Resolution & Claims Management

• Draft and respond to legal notices and contractual claims.
• Support arbitration, mediation, and litigation proceedings.

5. Corporate & Commercial Legal Matters

• Draft board resolutions, power of attorney, and corporate documentation.
• Support joint ventures, partnerships, and project SPVs.

Experience & Education:

• Bachelors in Law
• 3–5 years of experience in EPC / infrastructure / renewable energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, arbitration law, company law, and power sector regulations.
