Legal Administrative Officer - Emirati Talent Only

Kaizen Asset Management Services is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Officer to support our legal department. This position is exclusively for Emirati candidates committed to facilitating efficient legal operations within our organization. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing administrative tasks and contributing to various legal projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Attention to Detail (Legal & Financial Review)

  • Review and analyze statements of accounts with high numerical accuracy
  • Read, screen, and organize legal case documents and files
  • Ensure all legal and financial records are properly checked, accurate, and complete
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information in documentation

2. Data Management & Excel Proficiency

  • Enter, update, and maintain legal and financial data in spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Extract, filter, and analyze data from Excel sheets when required
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries using Excel

3. Technology & Systems Adaptability

  • Use internal legal systems, government portals, and case management platforms
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, websites, and digital tools
  • Assist in uploading, tracking, and retrieving legal documents online

4. Bilingual Communication Skills

  • Excellent Arabic and English skills (reading and writing required)
  • Draft basic correspondence, summaries, and document notes in both languages
  • Read and understand legal documents in Arabic and English

5. Time Management & Organization

  • Handle multiple files and tasks efficiently
  • Meet deadlines for document submission and case tracking
  • Maintain an organized task list and follow up on pending matters

Requirements

  • Emirati National (Family Book required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with numbers and documentation
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable using technology and online systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
