Responsibilities:

  • Vetting of all legal documentation such as Energy Purchase Agreement, Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, EPC, Common Terms, Shareholder & Loan agreements.
  • Assist in disbursement, ensuring all document requirements are met during project implementation.
  • Communicate with external counsel, providing documents for vetting and legal proceedings.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders & departments, drafting notices & letters and forwarding them to external counsel for finalization.
  • Draft different agreements, contracts, applications and letters.
  • Maintain all legal documents and records, ensuring databases are up to date.
  • Any other task assigned by Manager Legal.

Required qualification : Bachelors (LLB)

Years of experience: Minimum 2 years

Job Type: Part-time

Education:

  • Middle School (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Corporate Legal: 1 year (Required)
