Manager Compliance

The role is responsible for ensuring regulatory and legal compliance of TCF’s international country partners. This includes overseeing documentation, completion, and filing requirements to ensure smooth and compliant operations of TCF’s legal entities abroad.

The individual will also liaise with the TCF Board and management to understand compliance expectations related to foreign legal entities and provide timely updates and feedback to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements for TCF’s international country partners.
• Oversee documentation and filing processes related to foreign entities.
• Liaise with the TCF Board and management to align on compliance requirements.
• Provide regular updates and feedback on regulatory matters to management.
• Coordinate and maintain effective communication with:

- Country partners
- Law firms abroad and in Pakistan
- Regulatory authorities abroad

Education

A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree is required.

Experience

The ideal candidate should have legal experience, preferably gained from working in a law firm, and possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
