Legal Officer - Ligitation/Non Litigstion - Karnal

Responsible for managing legal matters across banking operations, including litigation, contract review, compliance, and advisory support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recovery suits, SARFAESI actions, and coordinate with external counsels.
• Draft and vet loan agreements, vendor contracts, and legal notices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (RBI, IBC, DRT) and support audits.
• Advise business teams on legal risks and documentation.

Requirements:

• LLB/LLM with 5–8 years in banking/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of property law, commercial lending, and litigation processes.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
