Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative tasks within the Legal Affairs department.
  • Liaise with other departments regarding ongoing cases and related requirements.
  • Attend hearings and meetings, prepare minutes, and record key notes.
  • Monitor and follow up on active cases in line with departmental procedures.
  • Organize and archive case files in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Participate in the review of contracts and draft official minutes and summaries of meetings.
  • Prepare monthly reports on active cases, schedules, updates, and recommended actions.
Qualifications
  • Saudi National.
  • Law graduated.
