Read & respond to emails to confirm receipt and provide information on services with professionalism and accuracy

Educate customers about printing options and guide them through the scheduling process

Communicate timelines, job statuses, and scheduling updates to external and internal customers
Production Support
-
Update production calendar to include scheduling jobs and updating statuses
-
Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient printing, binding, and delivery processes
-
Learn and execute print set up for legal briefs
Qualifications

Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities required

Initiative and ability to follow instructions to work with minimal oversight once trained

Desire for continuous learning

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a sense of urgency

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and tasks

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Suite a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent phone etiquette

Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships
