Job Description

The Ford Agency is recruiting for an experienced legal Billing Coordinator to join a growing global law firm in DC. The Billing Coordinator will manage the client billing process including reporting. If you have at least 2 years of legal billing experience and are looking to work with a firm that provides a great work culture and collaborative process, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities Include:

Handle E-Billing process for various clients
Regularly connect with attorneys with updates and reporting requests
Assist with client requests and handle billing tracking
Investigate and resolve any billing issues
Maintain highest level of client service in all communications

Qualifications Include:

2+ years of legal or professional services billing experience
Ability to work independently and exercise discretion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain professional relationships with Firm clients and employees

While this position has the option to be fully remote, candidates must be based in DC or Boston, MA area or have independent plans for relocation.
