Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Legal Receptionist to serve as the front desk operations manager and welcoming face of this reputable law firm. This vital role combines front desk management, administrative support, and client interaction to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Legal Receptionist, you will manage multi-line phone systems, coordinate appointments, and handle clerical tasks with precision and enthusiasm. Your proactive approach will help create a positive environment for clients, attorneys, and staff alike.

Qualifications

  • Proven administrative experience within a Law Firm is required
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is required
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations required
  • Familiarity with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times
  • Strong typing skills along with good time management to prioritize daily responsibilities efficiently

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
