Legal Receptionist

Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a leading law firm in its search for a Receptionist/Concierge to support its New York office.


This is a fully onsite, contract opportunity (3–6 months) with the potential to convert to a permanent position.


Schedule & Compensation:

  • Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (35-hour workweek)
  • Pay: $30/hour
  • Location: New York, NY (5 days onsite)


Position Overview:

This role blends traditional reception duties with a high-touch concierge approach. The Receptionist/Concierge will serve as the first point of contact for clients, attorneys, and visitors, ensuring a polished and welcoming experience while supporting day-to-day office operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors; manage check-in and escort coordination
  • Answer and direct incoming calls; take and relay messages as needed
  • Coordinate conference rooms, visitor offices, and catering requests
  • Support meeting and event logistics, including A/V, guest access, and vendor coordination
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and document handling
  • Liaise with internal teams, building management, and external vendors
  • Maintain schedules, directories, and general front office organization


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience in a professional office
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
