Tasks:
- Prepare and process legal documents including contracts, agreements, case files and appeals.
- Processing certificates and filing documents in paper and electronic systems.
- Complete various forms such as accident and trial reports.
- Research, collect and analyze data on various laws, decisions, and documents.
- Coordinate with different sectors to gather necessary information.
- Follow legal affairs policies and procedures and work to implement laws.
- Adhere to the agreed timelines for cases.
Skills:
- Proficiency in conducting legal research and studies.
- Ability to draft memos, contracts and agreements, and deal with legal documents.
- Understanding the legal regulations and procedures of all court and prosecution systems.
- Ability to research, collect and analyze data using computers.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with staff and clients, and the ability to deal with different personalities.
- Flexibility and ability to work in an organized manner under pressure.
- Commitment to deadlines and the ability to organize time.
- Adequate knowledge of English and Arabic.
