Legal Researcher

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Legal Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our legal department by conducting thorough research on laws, regulations, and legal precedents to assist in case preparation and legal strategy development.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive legal research on various laws, regulations, and case laws relevant to ongoing cases.

- Analyze and interpret legal documents, statutes, and rulings to provide accurate information.

- Draft research memoranda and reports to support attorneys and legal teams.

- Stay updated with current legal trends, new regulations, and amendments in the UAE legal system.

- Collaborate with legal professionals to assist in case evaluation and strategy formulation.

- Organize, document, and maintain legal research materials for easy access.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.

- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent understanding of UAE legal system and relevant regulations.

- Proficient in using legal research tools and databases.

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong time management skills.

- High ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
